Housing changes everything about a persons life and can have an impact on a family and a community for generation.  A good home effects every area of life and improves: health, education, employment, faith, community, and so much more.  It reduces poverty, crimes against women and children, and disease.

Housing problems around the world are pervasive and overwhelming.

We are a Housing Charity taking on a pervasive housing problem. This social issue ranks at the top of the list of problems in the world today. With so many seemingly important world problems how is it that this one seems to be largely ignored. We believe the answer is rather simple. This world problem is so large it is almost unimaginable. Think about the shear size and scale; 1.4 billion people are without adequate shelter. This is a staggering number. One thing is for certain; man has always sought shelter, created shelter, and relied on shelter to survive. And yet in this modern age so many are still without. They live in huts and shacks like you’ll see here.

However; a home is more than just a dwelling place for most of the world. Some 60% of the world depends on their home to generate and income, educate their children and protect themselves from all sorts of ills including those encountered when girls and women are exposed and vulnerable.

As you would expect, we have been there fist hand. We have seen the shacks and huts and slum housing and it is unimaginable. What is even more unimaginable is that most of the world does not recognize the enormity of the depravity. We live in our homes unaware of the size and magnitude of the world problem.

So, we are here to share. We are here to champion the cause of the houseless, the homeless man, and the homeless child around the world. We do this with the hope that good deeds are never wasted. We will continue helping others and we would love for you to get involved.

With your help and our faith, we desire to tear down every shack and every hut and every slum house. But here is a very important point. We do not want to just give people new homes. No, we are asking for your help to provide people with the tools that we can provide to help them build their own homes. With your help we can help educate people in trades associated with home building and begin to earn an income. When housing is being built within the community, by the community; we believe the greatest good is being generated.
